The Bottle Shop will showcase the best specialty beers (750 ml and 22 oz. bottles only) and attendees will be able to learn about and sample the beer in a relaxed retail-style setting.

Blue Point Brewing Co. (NY)
Rastafar Rye Ale
Blue Point's Rastafar Rye marries a hearty rye malt w/ a blend of freshly harvested West coast hops, resulting in a deep copper ale w/ just the right amount of Rye flavor to offset the spicy and floral characteristics of the hops.

Southampton Ales & Lagers (NY)
Saison Delux
Stunningly complex with tropical fruit overtones of pineapple and passion fruit. Imported malt and hops create a smooth, earthy flavor on the palate. A farmhouse-style ale, Saison Deluxe successfully combines traditional rustic flavor with a sophisticated craft-brewed taste.

Imperial Porter
Southampton Imperial Porter uses a unique blend of seven malts to give it a deep brown, almost black color and a smooth, full-bodied flavor that bursts alive with a pleasing, warming effect and notes of chocolate, toffee and caramel is every sip. Southampton Imperial Porter is perfect with smoke foods, earthy cheeses, and desserts or simply by itself.

Triple Abbey Style Ale
Southampton’s latest seasonal brew is an authentic and faithful interpretation of the abbey-style ale that is brewed by Trappist monks in Belgium. This golden ale is surprisingly smooth and drinkable for a brew that weighs in at 8% alcohol. "Triple" dry-hopped using three Continental varieties for a truly unique character.

Voodoo Brewery (PA)
Voodoo Belgian-American Golden Strong Ale 10%
Our Gran Met (Grand Master) is an Ale made from our proprietary yeast from a small brewery in Belgium. We use cane and beet sugar, along with German Pilsner Malt to create the unique flavor of this age-old style. We also use a unique fermentation process of slowly adding the sugars to the fermentation during fermentation. This allows the yeast to more slowly ferment the beer without overloading the yeast. This process allows for a cleaner, tight flavor profile.

Big Black Voodoo Daddy
Big Black Voodoo Daddy is our Imperial Stout that we age in conditioning tanks with oak staves. This adds a classic character of old world aging with out the Bourbon tones. This black ale is about 12% alc. And very rich in roasted and chocolate malt tones. Velvety smooth and able to be aged for years. For now this will be a Seasonal Beer Offering. Top 100 on BA Best Beers on Planet Earth!!!

High & Mighty (MA)
Beer of the Gods
Light and refreshing, their flagship German-style beer is low in alcohol and easy to drink, but has enough hop bitterness to please even Zeus himself. Sure, we know those well-endowed beers will get all the press, but, just once, how about some props for the little guy? ABV: 4.5%

Purity of Essence
Very possibly the world’s only India Pale Lager, Purity of Essence is a hoppy beer designed for people who think they don’t like hops. Made with 100% German malts and hops, it has plenty of hop bitterness, and all the flavor you need, but none of the harshness you find in many IPA’s. ABV: 5.4%

Two headed Beast
Luscious, creamy stout is brewed with loads of organic raw cacao beans and fermented with Belgian Ale yeast. Like velvety, deep, dark chocolate in your glass. Leave those sugary sweet chocolate drinks for the hoi polloi – the Beast is for aesthetes and sophisticates only. ABV: 4.5%

St. Hubbins' Dubbel
A heavenly brown ale, St. Hubbins is lovingly brewed in the monastic tradition, by heathens. Luxuriate in its layers of chocolate, vanilla, licorice, and just the right amount of warming alcohol. Fermented with Trappist Ale yeast, and unfiltered and unpasteurized for maximum flavor. ABV: 6.5%

Hoppin' Frog (OH)
Hop Master’s Abbey Belgian-style Double I.P.A
American hops and Belgian abbey beer flavors intermingle to create a spicy and assertive beer style all their own. Citrusy character from select hops dominate this assertive Double I.P.A., complimented by a unique Belgian flavor to add complexity and ultimate beer satisfaction. The result is a flavor combination that’s a whirlwind of taste sensations. ABV: 8.5%

Outta Kilter Wee-Heavy Scotch Red Ale
Rich, malty flavors of caramelized and toasted grains dominate this strong Scotch ale. A hint of rye adds a crisp, Scotch-like, old-world beer character, reminiscent of a simpler life from centuries ago. ABV: 8.2%

Hoppin' to Heaven IPA
Raise your glass to the heavens in a toast to HOPS – the spice of beer! This classic American I.P.A. features the finest American hops to add a spicy, assertive, and citrusy character to its full-bodied, rich malt taste. ABV: 6.8%

Wild Frog Wheat
Traditional German-style, unfiltered wheat beer, with a lively balanced flavor. Although no fruit or spices were used in the brewing, these flavors are created by fermentation with special yeast from the oldest brewery in the world. Try Wild Frog Wheat with a slice of orange for a crisp, refreshing experience. ABV: 6%

Jasmine Pale Ale
This mysterious ale calls upon centuries of brewing and human intrigue with natural herbs. Enjoy this amber ale with nice malt sweetness and just a hint of Jasmine and hops.

Vermonster
Brewed with 110 pounds of malt per barrel and jacked up the pour into a wide mouth thin glass goblet.

Infusco
A sweet body balanced with a big alcohol warmth and a touch of hops. Lingering rich flavors add to the complexity. Try aging this one for a year or two at cellar temperatures and compare the flavors that will emerge.

Belvidere Big IPA
Great malt flavor and hop profile, just what a beer connoisseur is looking for. Try this with a strong cheese like a very sharp cheddar, cloth bound, aged if you can find one. Works well with spicy foods.

Sunny + 75
A Belgian White Ale brewed with spices! A refreshing ale brewed with fresh cracked coriander seeds, a dash of orange peel and fermented with a yeast that compliments the malt and spice flavors. Serve well chilled. Garnish with a thin slice of orange if you wish.

Bear Republic (CA)
Racer 5 IPA
This American India Pale Ale a full bodied beer brewed American pale and crystalmalts, and heavily hopped with Chinook, Cascade, Columbus and Centennial. ABV: 7.0%

Hop Rod Rye
A high gravity Rye IPA brewed with 18% rye malt. Hop Rod Rye has a floral hop aroma and subtle caramel notes with a slightly earthy and spicy rye character. AVB: 8.0%

Red Rocket Ale
Red Rocket Ale is a bastardized Scottish style red ale that traces its origins to our homebrew roots. This full bodied and hoppy brew finishes on the palate with sweet, caramel malt flavors. AVB: 5.8%

Jolly Pumpkin (MI)
Bam Biere
Men's Journal- Top 25 Beers in America An artisan farmhouse ale that is golden, naturally cloudy, bottle conditioned and dry hopped for a perfectly refreshing balance of spicy malts, hops and yeast. ABV: 4.5%

Bam Noire
Dark Farmhouse Ale. Dark, smooth, delicious. Aromas of worn leather and cool autumn nights. Notes of sweet plum and toasted raisin, hints of coffee and cacao. Lingering tart and refreshing finish. Only available for a few short months. Seasonal (September release). ABV: 4.3%

Oro d'calabazza
GABF 2004 Gold Medal & GABF 2005 Bronze Brewed in the Franco-Belgian tradition of strong golden ales. Spicy and peppery with a gentle hop bouquet and the beguiling influence of wild yeast. ABV : 8%.

Madrugada Obscura
A Belgian inspired stout that is as dark as a moonless midnight, brimming of roasted malts and bitter hops. Seasonal (January release). ABV: 8.1%

Pretty Things (MA)
Jack D'Or
Jack D'Or is our flagship beer: an American take on the Belgian saison style. Jack himself is a very charismatic grain of malted barley, the soul of beer, one of nature's magicians.

St. Botolph's Town
This Yorkshire-inspired beer is a big malty brown ale fermented in open squares with Yorkshire malts and eclectic yeast strains. Offered year-round.

Baby Tree Quad
A year-round Belgian-inspired quadrupel brewed with dried plums. Batch 3 is out in stores now.

Middle Ages (NY)
Wailing Wench
Dark and robust brewed in the style of an American strong ale, full bodied and screaming with hops. ABV: 8.0%

Druid Fluid
An epic barleywine, made in the tradition of British Farmhouse Brewing. Lavished with a velvety blend of six different malts this is a warming beer with a lush mouthfeel. The complexities your discriminating palate will detect are ever changing as this barleywine matures. When young, an assertive hop character predominates and with age the beauty of the big malt balance unfolds. AVB: 9.5%.

Kilt Tilter Scotch Ale
A Scottish "90/-" ale. Brewed only once a year, this ale is rich and full with a dryness that is beautifully balanced with a classic malt sweetness. AVB: 9%

X (10th Anniversary Double IPA)
Brewed in the style of an American Double IPA in celebration of our 10th anniversary. This beer is golden in color, has medium to full body, intense hop bitterness, flavor and aroma. Ten additions of American hops are made throughout the brewing process. AVB: 10%

Rogue (OR)
Morimoto Imperial Pilsner
Golden in color with a dry hop floral aroma and intense hop bitterness supported by a big malty backbone which culminates into a hedonistic mouthful.

Rogue Double Mocha Porter
Double Mocha Porter is a huge mouthful of malt and hops, with notes of bitter rich chocolate. This porter is the creme de la creme.

Rogue Double Dead Guy
Strong Ale with deep amber copper color. Buttery peanut brittle, orange blossom tea aromas follow through to a rich chewy and fruity full body with nice notes of caramel drizzled dried apricot and roasted grains and spice. Finishes with a long, tangy grilled grapefruit and chocolate fade.

Hoppy Brewing (CA)
Total Eclipse Black Ale
